A new breed of intelligent services
Challenge:
Every industry is on the race of trying their right path of digital business transformation. Believe it or not: many of them still use a bunch of legacy technology, processes and old school mindsets to work and serve for their customers.

Brand differentiation comes always through understanding the customer's needs better and building for them
tailored services for them. Before making this possible, we initiated a holistic change program for employees to start embracing more agile approaches which led to higher productivity and new solutions. As leading energy provider EnBW understood that this key idea can ensure the sustainable success for their business and the innnovative spark of their brand. Goal was to envision new intelligent services that will increase customer loyalty and minimize retention.

The solution:
We created for each distinct service pillar charming EnBW characters who embodied specific service features. What unites them is the way how to ultilize all customer based insights in order to work more connected, smarter and seamlessly together.


EnBW used this great concept to expand the campaign on many levels, using new marketing formats to increase curiosity and leverage employee engagment which led to build better digital services for their customers.
