Challenge:
KfW Ipex is a vital part of the KfW bank group which focuses
on financing prestigious and highly relevant infrastructure projects globally. Nowadays traditional banking business is still challenged by digital transformation that offers a seamless and holistic service offerings for to clients and customers.
This weak spot became obvious when the Covid pandemic hit our global economy. As a result KfW Ipex noticed that they lost business impact by not having invested in their digital stratey and infrastructure to open new business and close deals.

The Solution:

Based on an extensive research phase, we built the foundation for an OKR driven content and digital strategy that changed gradually the bank's brand awareness for digital. We built a seamless customer journey to drive the clients' focus on experienceing KfW's fincance expertise in various ways.


For every marketing decision using holistic user data, we placed triggering content artifacts to pull the user into our user journey to drvive them to KfW-Ipex website, coming from Linkedin and third party industry platforms to increase conversion.

On top of that we established a highly interactive LinkedIn digital conference format called  “Finspresso” that improved tremendously the bank's reputation and
relevance as highly reliable and routined finance institution specialized on financing complex infrastructure projects even more.
